STAR was established in 2006 offering industry quality, reliability and consistency unparalleled in the emergency response training field. We are a Nationaslly Accredited Training Provider, registered through the Training Accreditation Council in Western Australia to deliver units from the Chemical Hydrocarbon and Oil Refinery Training package (PMA02).
